The SRT3100 series is a cost-effective silicon piezoresistive MEMS pressure sensor with built-in temperature compensation and zero-point calibration. Adopting standard DIP packaging and 1mm ceramic substrate, this sensor provides stable analog millivolt output for dry non-corrosive gas. With high linearity of 0.1% FS and multiple optional differential pressure ranges from ±1kPa to ±700kPa, the SRT3100 is perfectly suitable for medical equipment, HVAC, industrial automation and pneumatic measurement.

Description
Manufactured by Lianxingwei, the SRT3100 series is a mature silicon piezoresistive MEMS pressure sensor designed for industrial and medical pressure measurement. This pressure sensor integrates high-quality sensing chip on a 1mm thick ceramic substrate. Equipped with thick film resistors for zero calibration and temperature compensation, the sensor delivers outstanding stability and consistency under varying ambient temperatures.
The SRT3100 pressure sensor adopts a standard dual in-line package (DIP), featuring simple installation and easy integration for OEM customers. The compensation temperature ranges from -10°C to 60°C, while the working temperature covers -40°C to +85°C. Designed for constant voltage excitation, the standard supply voltage is 10V, and the overall pressure measurement range covers 10mbar to 7Bar.
This sensor is exclusively applicable to dry, non-corrosive and non-ionic gases such as air and other inert dry gases, widely used for gas pressure monitoring, flow detection and pneumatic control.
