Description
Key Features
- Fully Automatic Induction
- The sensor outputs a high level when a person enters the sensing range. After the person leaves, it automatically delays turning off the high level, then outputs a low level.
- Photosensitive Control (Optional)
- Photosensitive control can be set to prevent the sensor from detecting motion during the day or when ambient light is strong. This setting is optional and can be configured at the time of installation.
- Two Trigger Modes (Selectable)
- Non-repeatable Trigger Mode: After the sensor outputs a high level, it will automatically change to low level after a delay period ends.
- Repeatable Trigger Mode: After the sensor outputs a high level, the high level remains until the person leaves the detection range. The delay period is reset after each detected motion, ensuring a continuous high-level output as long as motion is detected.
- Induction Blocking Time
- The sensor includes a blocking time (default: 1s) that prevents it from accepting any new signals during this period. This feature helps avoid false triggers, especially during load switching or when interference is present.
- Wide Working Voltage Range
- The default working voltage is DC 5V – 12V, making it compatible with various circuits and power sources.
- Micro Power Consumption
- The sensor has a low quiescent current of less than 200 µA, making it energy-efficient and ideal for battery-powered devices.
- Output Signal Options
- The sensor supports high/low level output, NPN output, and relay output (NO/NC), making it versatile for different applications.
- Adjustable Sensing Delay and Distance
- The sensing delay time can be adjusted from 5 to 300 seconds, and the maximum sensing distance is 7 meters, providing flexibility in different use cases.

Usage Instructions
- Photosensitive Control: This feature, if enabled, ensures the sensor will not detect motion during daylight or when the ambient light is strong, saving energy and avoiding unnecessary activation.
- Delay Time and Trigger Mode: You can set the delay time for how long the sensor waits before outputting a low level after detecting motion. You can also choose between a non-repeatable trigger mode or a repeatable trigger mode depending on your application.
- Induction Blocking Time: This time period prevents the sensor from reacting to subsequent movements immediately after a detection event, helping reduce false triggers.
The XKC-003K4 PIR Motion Sensor is a versatile, low-power, and highly customizable motion detection solution suitable for a wide range of applications from home automation to industrial control.
